Alphabet Bags
I know these have started to make the blog rounds, but I couldn't resist posting.....
The folks at the Keep Calm Gallery (home of many wonderful limited edition prints) are busy expanding their empire and have now created Alphabet Bags - great, large totes, each available with a different letter of the alphabet. Get one with your initial, or for your significant other.
I wonder if they'll expand into numbers?

Roses Are Blooming
I was having a little look see over at etsy, and came across these rose letterpress coasters by Paper Dragonfly- I really like the dimension of the roses and color, and well, I'm a sucker for letterpress. They also have some simply elegant cards as well.

See Jane Work
As both a fan of design*sponge and the great office accessories store, See Jane Work, it was great to check out the blog and see a sneak peek of SJW proprietor Kelly Osborne's home. Check out her lovely home if you get a chance, it's beautiful!

Birdie Calendar
Here's some of our new wood 'n' resin calendars - some will be collage, and some will have other decorative elements. Check out the first model, Birdie.......
Birds 'n' Trees 'n' Keys
I just got the new West Elm catalog and am really loving some of their new bedding designs.
Their Heirloom Quilt & Shams reminds me of old mattress ticking stripe, with a series of vintage keys printed on the quilt itself - very unique.
The Vintage Bird Duvet & Shams is also another favorite, as it finds a way of combining birds and trees, without making it seem too feminine. I could really seem the imagery of both of these sets in some vintage inspired stationery.

The folks at Yee Haw Industries have created this great letterpress print to commemorate the upcoming election. I love the vintage look of this - makes it really seem like it's going to be an interesting fight!

Was stumbling through The Small Object's flickr site, and came across these Test Tube Kids clothespin people Sarah had made for an order - they look so cool. Can't wait to check them out at Reform School!

I came across these folks, Letterpress Delicacies, through Etsy store, and I just love love love the detail in their letterpress work. Their designs are very vibrant and really stand out in sea of traditional letterpress. I'd love to see what other designs they have up their sleeve!

Your Message Here....
I think the work that Shauna and Stephen of Something's Hiding In Here create is always unique and attention grabbing - they literally have their own niche. Their new (and much blogged about) project for the Urban Outfitters window in Philly is an interactive project, in which people keep submit messages that they would like (or hope) t0 have displayed on the marquee - you can visit Your Message Here for more info. But what I fantasize about is that Stephen can use those great woodworking skills of his, and make some limited edition mini marquees for sale. How cool would that be? You could rotate your weekly menus, movie or poker nights, or just get something off your chest, the ideas are endless......I guess a girl can dream.
An ode to the hand dryer
I'm a fan of Douglas Wilson's website, blog, photos and letterpress prints. He recently finished uploading many of his vernacular typographic polaroids onto flickr, and has now uploaded his set of photos of hand dryers around the world, which amazes me to see that there is great design in the banal and everyday. I wish he'd make a photo book of these!

The coolest picnic basket ever?
I wouldn't even know how to use this, and fear my greasy picnic would ruin it, but damn it's a nifty looking piece. From Pedlars, this picnic box seems to be made from the heavy duty, old school card that old suitcases were made from. I'm loving all the little compartments that are hinged together. It's a bit pricey for me, but a girl can dream.....
